Police: Search continues for 2 in fatal Kansas hit and run

JOHNSON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a fatal hit and run accident and are asking the public for help locating two people for questioning, according to a John Lacy with Overland Park Police

The accident occurred just after 10p.m. July 29 near West 77th Street and Metcalf Avenue.  The pickup struck and killed a 63-year-old woman later identified as Sherry J. Dunn of Overland. Park who was crossing in the middle of the street. EMS transported her to a local hospital where she died. The driver continued north on Metcalf and never stopped.
