ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities investigating a vehicle theft have good news.
According to Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson, deputies recovered the 2010 Chevrolet Silverado reported stolen from the 1700 block Utah Avenue in Atchison.
Shortly after 3p.m. Wednesday, the Buchanan County Missouri Sheriff’s Office reported to Atchison Police they located the pickup on 130th Road about 1 ½ miles south of U.S. 59.
Atchison Police detectives went to the scene with Buchanan County deputies. Police have not reported an arrest or suspect details.
