ANDREW COUNTY—Three people were injured in an accident just after 5:30p.m. Saturday in Andrew County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 1981 K-30 pickup driven by Richard H. Herple, 59, Cosby, was pulling out of a private drive onto southbound 169 at D Highway in Avenue City.
The pickup struck a northbound 2010 Chrysler Town and County Van driven by Kenneth R. Laytham, 55, Albany.
EMS transported Laytham, his wife Tamara R. Laytham and 16-year-old granddaughter to Mosaic Life Care. Herple was not injured. Kenneth Laytham was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
