CALDWELL COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just before 11:30a.m. Saturday in Caldwell County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2002 Chevy 2500 driven by Phillip T. Joyce, 27, Cameron, was westbound on MO 13 at West Broadway in Kingston.
The driver failed to stop at the stop sign and traveled into the path of a southbound 2002 Ford Explorer driven by Trevor A. Lee, 18, Cameron. The Ford SUV struck the Chevy.
Caldwell County Ambulance transported a passenger in the Chevy identified as Connie S. McCleary, 70, Breakenridge, to Cameron Regional Medical Center. The drivers were not injured. All three were properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the MSHP.
