DAVIESS COUNTY —A Missouri man died in an accident just after 5:30p.m. Sunday in Daviess County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2005 John Deere Buck 500 driven by William D. Mastin, 68, Winston, was northbound on private property just south south of Ridge Avenue one mile north of Winston.
The ATV was traveling over rough terrain, overturned and the driver was ejected. The vehicle came to rest on top of him.
Mastin was pronounced dead at the scene and was transported by the county coroner to Stith Funeral Home.
