CLINTON COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 1p.m. Saturday in Clinton County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2014 Nissan Murano driven by Beverly J. Honeycutt, 75, Hempstead, Arkansas, was southbound in the northbound lanes of Interstate 35 four miles south of Cameron.
The SUV struck a 2022 Kenworth semi driven by Darnell K. Hawkins, 47, Phoenix, Arizona, that had come to stop.
Cameron Ambulance transported Honeycutt to Cameron Regional Medical Center. Hawkins was not injured. Honeycutt was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
