ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on new allegations after an arrest.
On Thursday, police arrested 36-year-old Jacob D. Layton of Atchison on a Buchanan County Missouri warrant for failure to appear in court and a Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear in court.
He met the requirement ofr the bond and is no longer in custody.
