HARRISON COUNTY—A Missouri teen was injured in an accident just after 8p.m. Friday in Harrison County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2010 Chevy pickup driven by a 22-year-old Bethany man was northbound on Route W twelve miles north of Bethany. The driver attempted to make a left turn onto westbound 222nd Street. The vehicle crossed the road, traveled off the west side of the road, struck a ditch and a fence.
North Missouri EMS transported a 17-year-old female passenger to Mosaic in St. Joseph. The driver was properly restrained and not injured. The 17-year-old was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
