MERCER COUNTY —A Missouri teen died in an accident just after 7p.m. Sunday in Mercer County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2009 Jeep Liberty driven by Henry J. Stutzman, 18, Spickard, was southbound on Harmonica Road one mile south of Princeton.
The Jeep traveled off the west side of the road, returned to the road and the driver overcorrected. The Jeep traveled off the east side of the road, struck an embankment, rolled and the driver was ejected.
Life Flight Eagle transported Stutzman to Osceola Iowa Airport en route to UnityPointe Medical Center. Just after 9p.m., the Clark County Iowa Medical Examiner pronounced him dead. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
