DEKALB COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 6:30a.m. Wednesday in DeKalb County.
The Missouri State Highway Patol reported a 2001 Jeep Wrangler driven by Justin E. Peery, 41, Albany, was northbound on Route A at NE Glenwood Road two miles north of Maysville.
The driver lost control on the snow covered bridge. The jeep, struck a guardrail, traveled off the right side of the road and struck the bridge.
DeKalb Clinton EMS transported Peery to Mosaic in St. Joseph. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
