NODAWAY COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 9:30p.m. Sunday in Nodaway County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2021 Coleman Sport Go Kart driven by a 13-year-old Maryville boy was northbound on Hope Street.
The boy lost control of the vehicle. It traveled off the left side of the road, struck a drainage ditch, overturned and the boy was ejected.
Nodaway County EMS transported the boy to Mosaic in St. Joseph.
