NODAWAY COUNTY —Two people were injured in an accident just after 11a.m. Sunday in Nodaway County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Taylor C. Hager, 18, Maryville, was northbound on State Route F two miles east of Maryville.
The driver was unable to stop on the snow covered road at U.S. 136. The Jeep slid through the intersection and into the path of a westbound 2016 Ford F250 driven by Nathan R. Noble, 39, Albany. The pickup struck the passenger side of the Jeep.
A private vehicle transported the drivers to Mosaic in Maryville. Both drivers were properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
