GRUNDY COUNTY —A Northwest Missouri boy died in an accident just before 5p.m. Saturday in Grundy County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2022 Massimo ATV driven by a 12-year-old Trenton boy was southbound on SW 30th Avenue two miles southwest of Trenton.
The driver lost control of the vehicle as he attempted to negotiate a curve in the road. The ATV traveled off the east side of the road and the driver was ejected.
Grundy County ambulance transported the boy to Wright Memorial Hospital. He was pronounced deceased just before 6p.m., according to the MSHP.
