Geraldine Wilson of Saint Joseph, Missouri passed away on March 15, 2023.
Known as Gerry to her friends and family, she was born on May 13, 1931 to Virgil Lee Kanatzar and Jennie (Long) Kanatzar. She was married May 6, 1949 to William Jay (Bill) Wilson where they had two daughters: Julia (Steven) Black and Annette (Michael) Wright; there were seven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Gerry started attending the Living Church of God in 2011 after a Tomorrow’s World Presentation presented by Mr. Roderick C. Meredith in Gladstone, Missouri. She was baptized on April 12, 2019.
She loved gardening, traveling, visiting with family and friends and serving God to the best of her ability.
There will be no visitation nor gravesite memorial. Arrangements under the direction of Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory.
