KANSAS CITY -&nbsp;The Northwest Missouri State men’s basketball team was once again picked to win the MIAA by the league’s coaches and media Tuesday at the MIAA Media Day at the College Basketball Experience in Kansas City.

The Bearcats are coming off of their second straight national title this past season and fourth in the last five seasons. The Northwest men have won the MIAA regular season title every year now since 2014.

The Missouri Western men were picked to finish seventh by the coaches and sixth by the media.

The Griffon women were picked fifth by the media and fourth by the coaches. The Northwest Missouri State women, who had their best season in a decade last year, were picked sixth by the media and seventh by the coaches.
