Charline Mollus, 93, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away April 11, 2024. Charline was born on March 16, 1931, to Charles and Cecelia J. (Nowak) Serocki in St. Joseph, Missouri.
Educated at the Sacred Heart Convent, Charline graduated in 1949 and soon after married the love of her life, Donald M. Mollus, on June 18, 1949. Their enduring partnership lasted more than half a century until Donald's passing in 2000. Throughout her years, Charline brought warmth and joy into the lives of those around her through her baking when she was younger and her love for crafting and socializing later on.
She was a steadfast parishioner at St. Patrick Catholic Church, where her presence was a comforting constant.
Charline's legacy is carried on by her children, Cynthia Trimbey, Pamela Ferguson (Mike), Kassy, and Shawn Mollus; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Donald; daughters, Doni Whalen (Dennis) and Felicia Stroh, and her parents.
Funeral Service 1:00 P.M. Friday, Horigan Chapel at Mount Olivet Cemetery. Interment Mount Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, with Parish Rosary 12:30 P.M. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial gifts to St. Patrick Catholic Church.
