A 27-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound after a shooting at the Cottonwood Apartments in St. Joseph.
St. Joseph police report the shooting occurred late last night in the parking lot of the apartment complex located at the 3600 block of Gene Field Road. The man was shot at least once in the stomach and suffered what is considered a moderate injury.
No details of the shooting are being released at this time. No suspect is in custody.
