Missouri man injured after pickup strikes a tree

DAVIESS COUNTY —A Missouri man was injured in an accident just after 9a.m. Friday in Daviess County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2013 Ford F 250 driven by Jeremy A. Wells, 44, Weatherby, was eastbound on U.S. 69 five miles south of Pattonsburg.

The driver failed to stop at the intersection at Route E. The pickup traveled across U.S. 69 and struck a tree.

Daviess County ambulance transported Wells to Cameron Regional Medical Center. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
