ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas felon on new charges after a weekend arrest.
On Saturday, police arrested 32-year-old Michael T. Bethea, Jr., 32, Atchison, on a Buchanan County Missouri warrant for probation violation, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
Bethea has previous convictions for burglary and drugs, according to the Kansas Dept. of Corrections.
