DAVIESS COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 2a.m. Tuesday in Daviess County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Shaun R. Hurt, 34, New Hampton, was southbound on Route DD at Key Avenue five miles south of Pattonsburg.
The jeep traveled off the road and overturned. Daviess County EMS transported Hurt to Mosaic Life Care. He was also arrested on requested charges of driving while intoxicated-drugs and failure to driver on the right half of the road. He was released for medical treatment.
The MSHP did not have seat belt usage information.
