Christian James Carrasco, 18, of St Joseph, Missouri passed away Saturday, February 14, 2026 at his home.
He was born May 19, 2007 in St. Joseph, son of Jodi Martinez and Daniel Wilhite. He graduated from Benton High School, class of 2025 and attended Washburn University. Christian was currently working at Cabinets, Counters and More. He enjoyed hunting and playing video games. Christian was aspiring to become a tattoo artist.
He was preceded in death by his father, Daniel Wilhite. Survivors include mother, Jodi Martinez (Ryan Menschik), brother, Bryson Carrasco, sister, Adrienna Carrasco, all of St. Joseph, maternal grandparents, Carla Orcutt, Ronnie Clark, James and Glenda Martinez, aunts, Codi Vallejo and Paula Martinez, uncle, Ryan Orcutt, and several other aunts and uncles.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 20, 2026 at Rupp Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday at Rupp Funeral Home. The Interment will follow services at Mount Olivet Cemetery. Memorials are requested to the Christian Carrasco Memorial Fund, c/o Rupp Funeral Home.
