Dr. Yipkei Kwok, 45, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, June 6, 2023.
He was born September 6, 1977, to Kwok Siu Por and Lui Siu Ying in Hong Kong, China.
Yipkei earned his doctorate’s degree and worked as an assistant professor of computer science at Missouri Western State University. He was a member of the Strong Tower Baptist Church.
Yipkei enjoyed spending time with his friends playing cornhole, studying computer technology, and going to the gun range. He was very active and enjoyed working out, especially swimming. Yipkei was a friendly man, who would lend a hand to anyone in need.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his mother; his brother, Kwok Yip Cheung; and cousin, Brian T.
