ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on multiple allegations after a weekend incident in Atchison.
Shortly before 7p.m., Saturday police responded to a disturbance at a business in the 100 block South 3rd Street in Atchison, according to Police Chief MIke Wilson. Employees reported a subject had been disorderly and threatening others in the business.
Police arrested Patrick T. O’Neill, 47, Kansas City, Mo., on requested charges of aggravated assault and interference with law enforcement, according to online jail records.
