Eddy “Mike” Brown, 75, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Friday, March 13, 2026.
He was born August 12, 1950 in St. Joseph to Edgar and Chareena (Teegarden) Brown. He grew up in Amazonia, Missouri.
Mike was a car salesman for many years, then was a self-employed house painter for the last 35 years. He also was a longtime member of Eagles Lodge #49.
He loved to play fastpitch softball. He enjoyed shooting pool and playing golf as well.
Most of all, Mike loved his family dearly and was always there for them.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and former wives, Karen Kay Brown and Cindy Sue (Rowe) Brown.
Survivors include his children, Chad Brown (Jenny) and Jeremy Brown; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; siblings, Gary M. Brown and Janet Chamberlain (Paul); and his significant other who also helped care for him, Janice Erickson.
