ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a suspect on drug allegations after an arrest.
Just before 5p.m. March 1, an officer on patrol observed in Atchison observed 59-year-old Gregory Winfield in the 500 block South 6th Street, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
Winfield was taken into custody on a Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear in court. During that arrest, officers found methamphetamine on his person.
