ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on multiple allegations after a weekend arrest.
On Saturday, police arrested 32-year-old Travis L. Tull of Cummings on a Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear in court, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
According to online jail records he is also facing requested charges of forgery and theft. He was no longer in custody. In 2018, Tull was jailed on a requested charge of criminal damage to property.
