A 51-year-old St. Joseph man has been arrested on charges of sexually assaulting a minor.
St. Joseph police report Timothy Brown was arrested Friday afternoon on a felony warrant for statutory sodomy - deviate sexual intercourse - person less than 14 years of age.
Brown is being held in the Buchanan County Jail with no bond, according to police.
