58 individuals were honored as fresh leadership in Saint Joseph Wednesday, as the Chamber of Commerce hosted their New Leaders' Welcome.
Local entrepreneur and author Don Tolly spoke to the honorees, relating leadership and kindness to the group and telling his story in both personal and professional spheres.
