Beverly Manring, 68, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Monday, March 30, 2026.
She was born September 28, 1957 to Eugene E. and Shirley J. (Carlock) Holmes in Mount Ayr, Iowa.
Beverly dedicated many years of her professional life to Boehringer Ingelheim (Fermenta), where she worked in quality assurance from 1986 until her retirement in 2014.
Outside of work, Beverly found joy in creative and hands-on pursuits. She especially loved crafting, including quilting, cross stitching, and knitting. She took pride in her gardening and enjoyed tending to her flowers, finding peace and satisfaction in caring for them. When her children were young, she embraced the role of dance mom and supported them with enthusiasm and love. She also enjoyed sports and was a devoted fan of Mizzou and the Kansas City Royals. Dogs held a special place in her heart, as she loved their companionship.
She was preceded in death by her parents; father of her daughters, John Manring; sisters-in-law, Mary McConkey and Nancy Holman.
Survivors include her daughters, Meredith Manville (Nathan) and Lauren Hoppins (Anthony); grandchildren, August and Adler Manville, Louisa and Frederick Hoppins; cousin, Lisa Ridge (Roger); Manring family to whom she was very close to and extended family and friends.
Farewell Services and Public Livestream 10:00 A.M. Friday, April 10, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. Inurnment at a later date, Grandview Cemetery, Albany, MO. The family will gather with friends 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., Thursday, April 9, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Pony Express Therapy Dogs.
