Mosaic Life Care has announced that its Foundation president, Julie Gaddie, has resigned.

Mosaic did not provide a reason for why Gaddie resigned.

"I am grateful for Dr. Gaddie's service and the time she devoted to supporting the Foundation's mission and relationship across our region," Mosaic CEO Mike Poore said in an email statement.

Gaddie has been with the Foundation since 2018.&nbsp; Mosaic said the Foundation's work continues, and current programs, events and commitments will move forward as planned.
