Charles "Billy" William Cline, 67, of St Joseph, Missouri passed away Thursday, February 26, 2026 in St Joseph.
He was born October 21, 1958 in St. Joseph, son of Mary and Phillip Cline. He graduated from Lafayette High School, class of 1977. Billy worked at Bradken Steel as a welder and and Forklift Operator at BHJ, retiring in June 2025. He enjoyed playing pool, going fishing and was a car enthusiast.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents, son, Eric Cline, brother, Chris S. Cline. Survivors include son, Charles "Chuck" Cline, Jr. of St. Joseph, , brothers, Steve Cline, Pat (Beth) Cline, and Mike Cline and sister, Kelly (Karl) Cline, all of St Joseph, 4 Grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at St. James Catholic Church. Father Jonathan Davis, Celebrant. A Rosary will be held at 5:30 p.m. Monday at Rupp Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday. The Interment will be follow Mass at the Mount Olivet Cemetery. Memorials are requested to the American Cancer Society.
