ANDREW COUNTY—A Missouri man was injured in an accident just before 6:30p.m. Wednesday in Andrew County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2014 Peterbilt semi driven by Michael D. Jacobs, 63, Stewartsville, was southbound on Interstate 29 fifteen miles north of St. Joseph.
The vehicle blew a tire and traveled off the road into the median. A private vehicle transported Jacobs to Urgent Care Express. He was properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
