Tammy Rae (Powers) Schatzberg, 64, Maryville, Missouri, entered into life on January 22, 1959, in Shenandoah, Iowa, the daughter of Donald and Shirley (Biggers) Powers. Tammy entered into rest on January 18, 2024 at Maryville Living Center, Maryville, Missouri.
Tammy graduated from Hamburg High School, Hamburg, Iowa in 1977. She worked as a cosmetologist for several years and also worked at Northwest Missouri State University.
She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Powers; mother, Shirley (Biggers) Henggeler; step-father, Bob Henggeler; sister, Deanna (Dee) Hurley and grandparents, John & Mamie Powers and Frank & Nellie Biggers.
Survivors include her sons, Jake Schatzberg (Lexi), Storm Lake, Iowa and Josh Schatzberg, Maryville, Missouri; sister, Deb Powers (Mike Sytkowski), Kingsville, Missouri; brother-in-law, Tom Hurley, Perry, Missouri; grandchildren, Kellan, Declan, Rylan, Harrison, Parker and Presley; niece, Erin (Brent) Ebl, Ballwin, Missouri, and nephews, Evan (Michelle) Cloepfil, Kearney, Missouri, and Dylan Cloepfil, Kansas City, Missouri.
