CLINTON COUNTY —A Missouri man injured in an accident just after 1:30a.m. Saturday in Clinton County has died.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2020 Polaris Ranger driven by Robert L. Downs, 32, Lathrop, was westbound on SE State Highway V three miles south of Lathrop.
The driver fell out of the ATV. The vehicle came to rest in a ditch. Tri-County ambulance transported Downs to Liberty Hospital where he was pronounced dead Saturday night and transferred to Frontier Forensics He was not wearing a helmet, according to the MSHP.
