St. Joseph Municipal Judge Theodore “Ted” Elo has died.
St. Joseph city officials announced Elo died Sunday. Elo, a native of St. Joseph, served for years as assistant city attorney. He won election as Municipal Judge in the spring elections of 2022.
Ted Elo was 65.
