ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas felon for an alleged domestic incident.

On Friday, police arrested 41-year-old Glen R. Buckley, Jr. of Atchison, in the 1200 Block of South 2nd street on a requested charge of domestic battery, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.

In March of 2020, police accused him of domestic battery. In February, he spent time in jail for alleged failure to appear, according to online booking records.

He has. previous felony convictions for theft, giving worthless checks and computer crimes, according to the Kansas Dept. of Corrections.
