ATCHISON COUNTY, Kan. —One person was injured in an accident just after midnight Wednesday in the city of Atchison.
According to Police Chief Mike Wilson, a 2003 Jeep Liberty driven by Richard Harrell, 65, Atchison, struck a parked vehicle in the 800 block George Street.
EMS transported Harrell to Amberwell Hospital for examination of injuries. He was cited for driving too fast for conditions and driving with expired license.
