Barbara Ann Taylor Smith, 69, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Friday, June 2, 2023.
She was born in Looxahoma, Mississippi on February 16, 1954, to Marcus V. and Mary L. (Cocke) Taylor.
She was an active member of the East Hills Church of Christ and loved attending church events. Barbara also enjoyed crocheting and knitting in the comfort of her home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Marcus and Mary, and her siblings, Lavern Taylor, William Taylor, and Mary Louise Geeslin.
Survivors include her children, Laura Gilbert (Raymond) and William Smith, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
