June Darlyne Geiler 83, of Faucett, Missouri passed away Sunday, August 10, 2025 in Saint Joseph, MO. She was born June 29, 1942 in Wathena, KS, daughter of Amy and Leo Wood. She graduated from Benton High School. She married Charles Edward Geiler on February 12, 1960.
She enjoyed going to Branson whenever she could, she loved being involved with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren's school activities from FFA to sporting events. She was known at Mid-Buchanan and the kids loved her! She was very giving person, she gave to the poor and to those in need.
June was preceded in death by husband, Charles, parents, Leo and Amy Wood, sisters, Elizabeth Goben, Joann Goben, Maxine Hale, Jackie Symington, Delores Arnold, brothers, Gerald Wood, Lee Jr. Wood, Darrell Wood. Survivors include daughters, Pam (Fred) Meng of Troy, KS, Charlyne (Bill) Burns, Shelly (Vince) Lake of St. Joseph, MO, grandchildren, Ryan, Amy, Darryl, Katarina, Tyler, Blaisey, 14 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 2-3:00 PM on Wednesday with memorial services to follow at 3:00 pm Wednesday at the Rupp Funeral Home. Memorials requested to the Homeless Shelter or the Mid-Buchanan Angel Fund in care of Rupp Funeral Home.
