NODAWAY COUNTY—A Missouri man was injured in an accident just before 7p.m. Tuesday in Nodaway County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2002 Chevy Trailblazer driven by Robert W. McNutt, 43, Kansas City, Mo., was southbound on Mint Road at 300th Street.
The driver failed to negotiate the turn at the intersection. The vehicle traveled off the east side of the road, across 300th Street, struck a ditch and came to rest in a corn field.
A MSHP trooper transported McNutt to Mosaic in Maryville. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
