ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on out of state felony allegations.
On Saturday, police arrested 36-year-old Agustin C. Ruiz of Stockbridge Georgia, according to Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson.
Ruiz was wanted on a State of Indiana warrant for probation violation. He is being held without bond. Police released no additional details on Ruiz.
