He was born May 8, 1959 in St. Joseph, Missouri.
Scott loved his dog Buddy, the outdoors, motorcycles, and family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Mildred Reil; brothers, James and Mark.
Survivors include Bonita Russell, children Natasha Williams & Brice Bye; grandchildren, Hayden, Kaori, Kingston, Triton, Novalee, Marlie, Conrad, Stanley, Brenda Swartz and family, Shelby, Quinton, Destiny, sister in law, Penny Reil, nieces and nephews, Eric, J.R., Shawna, Larissa and Cyrus.
