Evelyn J. Racine, passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2022. She was born to Joseph A. and H. Agnes Walker on January 21, 1932, in Abilene, Kansas.
Evelyn married George Duree in 1957. He passed away in 1993. Evelyn married Paul Racine in 1997, he passed away in 2003.
Evelyn was employed by Trans World Airlines for 40 years, retiring in 1997.
Evelyn was a member of the First Christian Church. She was a lifetime member of the VFW No. 56 Auxiliary, member of the American Legion No. 23 Auxiliary, Cushing Hospital Auxiliary, Fraternal Order of Eagles #55 Auxiliary and Retired Eagles Activity Club.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband Paul Racine, her parents and two sisters Doris Koch and Dorothy Williams, two sons George and James Duree and a daughter Joan Graf.
Evelyn is survived by a daughter in law Linda Duree, two grandsons Chris and Michael Pierce, one granddaughter Danelle Duree Campbell, two great granddaughters, two great grandsons, one great granddaughter and one great great grandson.
Visitation will be 12-1 P.M, Friday, December 23, 2022. Memorial service will begin at 1 P.M. Burial will follow at Leavenworth National Cemetery.
