Leanne Thon 69, of St. Joseph, Missouri passed away Saturday, August 2, 2025 in St. Joseph, MO. at her home.
She was born January 9, 1956 in St. Joseph, MO, daughter of the late Shirley and Lee Webber. She graduated from Central High School, was a caretaker for many years with Choices and Progressive taking care of the department of mental health clientele. She enjoyed mushroom hunting, fishing, garage selling, and thrift shopping she also loved the Kansas City Chiefs.
Leanne was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Kevin Webber and Steven Schuster, and a sister, Donna "Jody" Jo Webber. Survivors include daughter, Michelle Duran of St. Joseph, MO, grandchildren: Ashli, and Kelsi Fergison, great grandchildren, Ta'lysha, Javion, Tre'zon, Serenity, and Myles, sisters, Debbie Dietz and Kelly Sauter, and her former husband and friend, Darrell Jackson.
The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 PM on Monday at the Rupp Funeral Home, with a memorial service to be conducted at 2:00 pm Monday August 11, 2025 at the Rupp Funeral Home.
