St. Joseph police are asking for the public’s help to recover a statue stolen from Corby Pond.
The St. Joseph Police Department reports one of the statues depicting three children rollerblading called “Catch Me If You Can” has been taken from Corby Pond located at 2202 Northeast Parkway.

It’s not the first time.
In 2018, a thief broke off one of the statues at the leg and took it.
The St. Joseph Parks Department reports the statue was taken sometime over the weekend. The thief cut the statue off at the ankles.
Anyone who has information that might be useful in locating the statue is urged to call the St. Joseph Police Department, call the Crimestoppers TIPS Hotline at 816-238-TIPS, or use P3 Tips.
