DAVIESS COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 3:30p.m. Saturday in Daviess County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2026 GMC Terrain driven by a 74-year-old Jamesport woman was westbound on on Route F at 330th Street one mile east of Jamesport. The vehicle rear-ended 2018 Ford F150 driven by a 49-year-old Jamesport woman who had stopped to assist a stranded motorist.
Daviess County EMS transported the GMC driver to Wright Memorial Hospital There were no other injuries reported. Both drivers were properly restrained, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
