Michael Butterfield, 29, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2024.&nbsp;&nbsp;

He was born July 13, 1994 in St. Joseph to Christopher Halstead and Tabatha Butterfield. Michael grew up in Savannah, then graduated from Lafayette High School.&nbsp;

He had worked as a concrete finisher for the Operative Plasterers’ and Cement Masons’ Local Union 518.&nbsp;

Michael liked to ride motorcycles and four-wheelers and hang out with friends. He played baseball and football as a youth.&nbsp;

Michael always had a smile on his face and was the life of the party. He had a big heart and would help anyone he could.&nbsp;

He was preceded in death by his mother, Tabatha King; and his grandfather, Teddy Robert Butterfield, Sr.&nbsp;

Survivors include his grandmother who raised him, Linda Kay Butterfield; siblings, Dalton Butterfield, Bailey King (Mason Johnson), Kiersten Halstead, Kiera Halstead, Joshua Still, Ariah King, and Adam King; nieces, Leianna and Kayce Johnson; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.&nbsp;
