ATCHISON COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 8p.m. Friday in Atchison County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2001 Ford Ranger driven by Timothy J. Oswald, 39, Fairfax, was southbound on U.S. 59 just north of Fairfax.
The pickup traveled off the road and struck a utility pole.
Atchison-Holt ambulance transported Oswald to Mosaic in Maryville. He was cited for DWI; failure to not driver on the right half of the road and for not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
