William “Bill” Smith, 70, of Troy, Kansas died Sunday, June 16, 2024, at the Mosaic Hospital in St. Joseph, Missouri.
Bill was born on January 29, 1954, in St. Joseph, Missouri to Virgil & Bernice (Bruns) Smith. He was a lifelong resident of Troy. Bill loved to tease his nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Virgie Taylor and Susan Leach, brother, Ted Smith.
Bill is survived by his brother, George Smith of St. Joseph, Missouri. Numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends
FUNERAL: Friday, June 21, 2024 – 2:00 P.M at the Harman Rohde Funeral Home in Troy, Kansas
Visitation: The family will receive friends Thursday evening 6-8 pm at the funeral home. Friends may call after 9 am Thursday.
