A defense attorney for a 38-year-old Andrew County man accused of killing a 10-year-old boy in November says her client has been offered a deal to plead guilty.
Donald Tipton is accused of killing the boy on November 30th by striking and strangling him. He also is accused of failing to seek medical treatment for the boy.
The Savannah Reporter says the attorney stated during a court appearance Tuesday she and her client are considering a deal offered by Andrew County Prosecutor Steven Stevenson. She offered no details.
